Tom Brown’s Restaurant coming to Hays Farm Development

Big news South Huntsville! The Market at Hays Farm developers, Branch Properties, announced today Tom Brown’s Restaurant will be opening their second location at the Market at Hays Farm! The steak and seafood restaurant will occupy a 6,000-square-foot space at the Publix- and Staples-anchored development. Owned and operated by Tom Brown and friend Paul Daley, both seasoned restaurateurs, the eatery focuses on providing the freshest ingredients in a casual, yet elevated, atmosphere.

In an effort to differentiate The Market at Hays Farm location from the flagship restaurant at The Shoppes of Madison in Madison, Ala., Brown and his wife Ashley are designing the new restaurant with modern, cool colors, complemented by bold pieces of art and gold hardware accents. “Despite a challenging year, my team and I are looking forward to continuing our passion and growing our restaurant brand as one of the top choices for premium casual dining in the Huntsville area,” said Brown. “The Market at Hays Farm will be an ideal location as we expand into the community, and we are looking forward to opening our doors next fall.”

I’ve eaten at your restaurant several times with friends and would love to come to the opening of the Hays Farm location. You have always come and spoken with us when we drive to Madison location and “Thank you for that by the way”. That means a lot to us. We all live within minutes away from there). I can’t wait for it to open.
